MEET OUR TEAM

Our research team are at the forefront of scombrid science, having participated in the closing of the life cycle both of Pacific bluefin tuna and Atlantic bluefin tuna.

Core competencies of the UI team include fish nutrition and physiology, tuna reproduction and larvi-culture, management of fish and shellfish diseases and the nutrition-immunology interphase.

Together with our science advisors, our group has an excellent track record on productive scientific collaborations with top aquaculture programs, both domestically and internationally.
